Hello!! This is the Terms of Service for my commissions!
This will apply to both my Digital art and my 3D printing commissions.If you have any questions about my TOS, feel free to contact me

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms.
Please read carefully before placing an order.⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢 General ⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢- Commissions are for Personal Use only.
- My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
- AI/NFT use is STRICTLY prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw. This includes if i am uncomfortable fulfilling a commission.
- Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is. If i continue to not receive a response, after 2 weeks, i will cancel the commission, and issue a 30% refund.
- You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost £10 GBP each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢 Payment and fees ⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢- All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
- Payments to commissions should be paid fully within 5 days or will be cancelled
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of £20 GBP applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
- If you wish to use any artwork from me, for commercial use, there will be a £10 fee for said rights.⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢revisions/changes ⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢- Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
- Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢deadlines and delivery⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢- Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, meetings, or personal matters.
- I will keep you updated if delays occur.
- If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be £10 GBP. You will have to Directly Message me that you wish for a Rush Fee.⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢PROPERTY RIGHTS⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢
- I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork.
You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
- Promote myself and my services.
- Post on social media and in my portfolio.Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢Refunds⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢
- I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
- You may cancel before payment is made.
- Once payment is received, refunds are given at 30%
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Filing a chargeback will:
- Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
- Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢COMMISSIONER RIGHTS⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢
You may:
- Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
- Print the art for yourself.
- Post it on Social Media with credit to me "BryonyTheWolf"You may NOT:
- Use the artwork commercially without permission.
- Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
- Remove signatures/watermarks.
- Resell or redistribute the artwork.
- Modify the artwork without my consent.
- Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢 FINAL AGREEMENT ⋆‧°𓏲ּ𝄢
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
